Custom Compression & Wrap Systems
We offer a comprehensive selection of compression systems designed for managing wound-related edema, venous ulcers, and lymphedema, including:
- Flat-knit custom compression sleeves — tailored arm or leg garments for effective lymphedema and edema management.
- Coban 2-Layer System — a light compression wrap ideal for treating venous ulcers and moderate edema.
- Unna Boot Kit — a zinc oxide gauze wrap specifically crafted for wound-related edema.
- Flat-Knit Custom Stockings — personalized flat-knit arm and leg garments designed for lymphedema and edema care.
Additionally, we offer boxed samples for measurement demonstration and patient education on our wound care supplies.

Wound VAC & Dressings
The Rest Rx is an authorized supplier of the Cork Medical Nisus NPWT system, one of the most accessible and easy-to-use negative pressure wound therapy devices available. We offer a full range of wound care supplies, including the complete dressing and canister kit, ideal for effective treatment. Our inventory includes:

In addition, we provide display units and full kits available by prescription, complementing our selection of compression systems for those in need of advanced lymphedema pumps.
Wound Care Supplies
A curated selection of evidence-based wound dressings is stocked for the most common wound types encountered in home-based care, alongside essential wound care supplies:
Collagen dressing (Prisma) — for chronic wounds with stalled healing
Silver alginate (Aquacel Ag, Silvercel) — antimicrobial dressing for infected or at-risk wounds
Foam dressing (Mepilex, Allevyn) — moisture management for moderate-to-heavy exudate
Hydrocolloid pad — for shallow wounds and skin protection
One box of each is kept open for demonstration and patient/caregiver education.
Additionally, advanced wound care products might require provider authorization, and for comprehensive treatment, integrating compression systems and lymphedema pumps may also be beneficial.
Orthotics & Diabetic Foot Care
The Rest Rx participates in the Medicare Therapeutic Shoe Program for diabetic patients, offering a selection of men's and women's therapeutic footwear along with custom inserts. In addition to our shoes, we also provide essential wound care supplies, including compression systems and lymphedema pumps to support overall foot health.

Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) — Primary Dexcom Line
The Rest Rx's primary CGM line is the Dexcom G7 — the most widely approved CGM system by Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans. The Dexcom G7 is smartphone compatible and ideal for home-based diabetic wound care management, complementing our range of wound care supplies.

Starter kits are kept secured, with one demo sensor retained for patient education. Optional secondary lines include Abbott FreeStyle Libre and Medtronic Guardian Connect, as well as compression systems and lymphedema pumps for comprehensive care.
Medicare covers therapeutic CGM for beneficiaries with diabetes who require insulin or have a history of problematic hypoglycemia, provided a valid prescription is obtained. The Rest Rx handles prior authorization and billing on your behalf.
